Drivers' and Commercial Drivers' Licenses
Section 302.011

Lawfully present defined.
302.011. For the purposes of sections 302.130, 302.171, 302.177,
302.181, 302.720, and 302.735, United States citizens shall be considered
"lawfully present" regardless of their physical location at any given time.
