Section 3.010

Revised statutes to be published, when--costs.
3.010. As soon as possible after the final adjournment of
the seventieth general assembly and at least every ten years
thereafter, the revised statutes of Missouri shall be printed,
published and distributed in as many volumes as the committee on
legislative research (herein called "the committee") shall
determine, and such publication shall be under the direction and
supervision of the committee. The annotations may be printed
separately. The cost of printing, binding and delivery of such
publication shall be paid from funds appropriated from the
general revenue for that purpose.
